شروط الاستخدام — تطبيقات Exam Keys
تنطبق هذه الشروط على تطبيقات «قدرات: الأسئلة المتكررة»، و«STEP ستيب: الأسئلة المتكررة»، و«الرخصة المهنية: أسئلة متكررة». تنزيلك لأي منها أو استخدامه يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بالتطبيق: قدرات • STEP • الرخصة المهنية.
1. طبيعة المحتوى
- التطبيقات أدوات تدريب تعليمية. أسئلتها مبنية على أفكار الأسئلة التي نشرها المختبرون في تجميعاتهم بعد الاختبار، وتُعرض للتدريب مع الحل والشرح.
- لا تحتوي التطبيقات على أسئلة رسمية، ولا نضمن أن تأتي الأسئلة نفسها أو بالصياغة نفسها في اختبارك.
- نحرص على دقة مفاتيح الحل والشروح، ومع ذلك قد يقع خطأ. إذا وجدت خطأ فأبلغنا من زر 🚩 داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد لنصححه.
2. عدم التبعية لأي جهة رسمية
التطبيقات مستقلة، وغير تابعة لهيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب (قياس) ولا لأي جهة حكومية، ولا تمثلها. تُذكر أسماء الاختبارات (القدرات العامة، STEP، الرخصة المهنية) لوصف المحتوى فقط.
3. لا ضمان للدرجة
تعتمد نتيجتك على استعدادك وعلى عوامل لا نتحكم فيها. الدرجة المتوقعة والمستوى المتوقع داخل التطبيق تقديرات تقريبية للتوجيه فقط، ولا نضمن أي درجة أو نتيجة في الاختبار الرسمي.
4. الاشتراكات والدفع
- بعض المحتوى متاح مجانًا، والمحتوى الكامل يتطلب اشتراكًا مدفوعًا عند توفره في التطبيق. تظهر الأسعار والمدة في شاشة الاشتراك قبل الشراء.
- يتم الشراء والدفع عبر Google Play على أجهزة أندرويد، أو عبر App Store على أجهزة Apple، ويُخصم المبلغ من حسابك في المتجر عند تأكيد الشراء. لا نتلقى بيانات بطاقتك.
- يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا بنفس السعر والمدة ما لم تُلغِه قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ24 ساعة على الأقل، ويُخصم مبلغ التجديد خلال الـ24 ساعة السابقة لنهاية الفترة.
- يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إيقاف التجديد التلقائي في أي وقت من إعدادات المتجر: اشتراكات Google Play أو اشتراكات App Store. حذف التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك.
- عند الإلغاء يبقى الاشتراك فعّالًا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة. تخضع طلبات استرداد المبلغ لسياسات Google Play أو Apple، وتُقدَّم إليهما مباشرة.
- يمكنك استعادة اشتراكك على جهاز آخر بنفس حساب المتجر من زر «استعادة المشتريات» في شاشة الاشتراك.
5. الفترة المجانية والتجربة المجانية
- قد نفتح المحتوى الكامل مجانًا لفترة محدودة يُعلن عنها داخل التطبيق (مثل فترة التجربة قبل الإطلاق الرسمي). لا تتطلب هذه الفترة أي دفع ولا تتحول إلى اشتراك تلقائيًا، وعند انتهائها يعود المحتوى المدفوع مقفلًا ما لم تشترك، ويبقى تقدمك محفوظًا على جهازك.
- إذا تضمّن عرض الاشتراك في المتجر تجربة مجانية، فستظهر مدتها في شاشة الشراء، وتتحول بعد انتهائها تلقائيًا إلى اشتراك مدفوع ما لم تُلغِها قبل نهايتها بـ24 ساعة على الأقل. التجربة المجانية مرة واحدة لكل حساب وفق قواعد المتجر، وإذا اشتريت اشتراكًا أثناءها يسقط ما تبقى منها.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
- التطبيقات لاستخدامك الشخصي في التدريب.
- لا يجوز نسخ الأسئلة أو الشروح أو الفيديوهات أو إعادة نشرها أو بيعها، كليًا أو جزئيًا، دون إذن كتابي منا.
- لا يجوز محاولة تجاوز الاشتراك أو تعديل التطبيق أو إرسال بلاغات آلية أو مزعجة.
- رموز التفعيل التي قد نمنحها شخصية، ولا يجوز بيعها أو نشرها علنًا، ويحق لنا إيقاف أي رمز يُساء استخدامه.
7. الفيديوهات
تُعرض فيديوهات الشرح داخل التطبيق عبر مشغّل YouTube المضمّن، وباستخدامه توافق على شروط خدمة YouTube، وتخضع بيانات المشاهدة لدى Google إلى سياسة خصوصية Google.
8. الملكية الفكرية والتحديثات
- صياغة الأسئلة والشروح والتصاميم والفيديوهات وترتيب المحتوى مملوكة لـ Exam Keys Academy.
- نحدّث المحتوى باستمرار، وقد نضيف أسئلة أو نعدّلها أو نحذفها.
- قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليها.
9. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم التطبيقات «كما هي». في حدود ما تسمح به الأنظمة المعمول بها، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي ضرر غير مباشر ينتج عن استخدام المحتوى أو الاعتماد عليه.
10. أجهزة Apple
على أجهزة iPhone وiPad تنطبق أيضًا اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple. Apple ليست طرفًا في هذه الشروط وغير مسؤولة عن التطبيقات أو محتواها.

Terms of Use — Exam Keys apps
These terms apply to "Qudrat: Recurring Questions", "STEP: Recurring Questions" and "Teacher License: Recurring Questions". By downloading or using any of them you agree to these terms and to the app's privacy policy: Qudrat • STEP • Teacher License.
1. The content
- The apps are educational practice tools. Their questions are based on question ideas that test takers shared in their post-exam compilations, presented for practice with answers and explanations.
- The apps contain no official exam questions, and we do not guarantee that the same questions or wording will appear in your exam.
- We work to keep answer keys and explanations accurate, but mistakes can happen. Report any error with the 🚩 button in the app or by email so we can fix it.
2. No affiliation
The apps are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or representing the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC / Qiyas) or any government body. Exam names (GAT/Qudrat, STEP, Teacher License) are used only to describe the content.
3. No score guarantee
Your result depends on your preparation and on factors outside our control. Predicted scores and levels in the app are rough estimates for guidance only. We do not guarantee any score or outcome in the official exam.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Some content is free; full content requires a paid subscription where offered in the app. Price and period are shown on the subscription screen before purchase.
- Purchases are made through Google Play on Android or the App Store on Apple devices, and payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. We never receive your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your store settings: Google Play subscriptions or App Store subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- After cancelling, the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under Google Play's or Apple's policies and are requested from them directly.
- You can restore your subscription on another device signed in to the same store account with the "Restore purchases" button on the subscription screen.
5. Free periods and free trials
- We may unlock all content for free for a limited period announced in the app (for example, a testing period before the official launch). It requires no payment and does not turn into a subscription. When it ends, paid content is locked again unless you subscribe; your progress stays on your device.
- If a store subscription offer includes a free trial, its length is shown on the purchase screen, and it converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Free trials are limited to one per account under the store's rules, and any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
6. Acceptable use
- The apps are for your personal practice.
- You may not copy, republish or sell the questions, explanations or videos, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
- You may not try to bypass the subscription, modify the apps, or send automated or abusive reports.
- Activation codes we may issue are personal and may not be sold or shared publicly; we may disable any code that is misused.
7. Videos
Explainer videos are played in the app with YouTube's embedded player. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and viewing data held by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property and updates
- The question wording, explanations, designs, videos and content arrangement belong to Exam Keys Academy.
- We update the content regularly and may add, change or remove questions.
- We may change these terms and will publish the updated version on this page with its date. Continuing to use the apps after an update means you accept it.
9. Limitation of liability
The apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from using or relying on the content.
10. Apple devices
On iPhone and iPad, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the apps or their content.
